Initiation Fee
Option 1: $1,000 One-Time Payment (or)
Option 2: $200 Each Year for 10 Years
The initiation fee is non-refundable. Members who choose Option 2 are not required to pay the remaining balance upon early resignation.

Food & Beverage Minimum
$55 Per Month
All food, beverages and alcohol purchased anywhere on the property at any time apply to the monthly minimum. This includes the restaurant, pool cabana, beverage cart, halfway house, special events, take-out, etc. The food and beverage minimum applies to the entire membership (not to each individual on the membership.)
Tax and service charge are not applied to the minimum. Food and beverage purchases at Coleman Restaurant at Normandy Farm are also not applied.
Cart Fees
18 Hole Cart Fee: $25.00 Per Person, Per Round
9 Hole Cart Fee: $13.50 Per Person, Per Round
Cart fees apply to each person playing. Carts are required except during the times when walking is permitted: After 3:00pm during the week, after 4:00pm on the weekends and anytime from November 1 - March 31.
