Entering the Blue Bell Country Club Community

The clubhouse is nestled among the Blue Bell Country Club housing community at the intersection of Route 202/DeKalb Pike and Morris Road in Blue Bell, PA.  The community is directly across from the Montgomery County Community College.

All guests must enter the community at the main entrance by turning onto Tournament Drive, off of Route 202/DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell.

Drive up to the gate house and tell the security guard you are going to the club.  The security guard will raise the gate so that you can enter the property.



Wedding/Social Guests

Park in the clubhouse parking lot in an open space not designated for "Members Only".  If your event is in the Grand Ballroom or the Birkdale Room, you may enter the clubhouse through the Banquet Entrance located in the center of the main clubhouse structure.  If the event is in the Palmer Room, Putter's Grill or Upper/Lower Terrace, enter the building through the main entrance which is under the porte cochere (fixed awning) located to the far right of the clubhouse.



Golf Guests

Park in the clubhouse parking lot in an open space not designated for "Members Only".  Enter the clubhouse through the split-level, single door entrance directly to the left of the porte cochere.  The steps down lead you directly to the pro shop lobby.  (The steps up lead you directly to the main lobby.)  Once in the pro shop lobby, you may head into the pro shop or the mens or ladies locker rooms, the entrances to which are located down the lower level hallway directly across from the proshop.



Golf Check-In

Check in with one of Blue Bell's golf professionals in the clubhouse pro shop a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your round.  If you are a guest of a member, please identify them by name during check in.



Demeanor

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and polite manner to all staff, members and other visitors at all times without exception.



Golf Course Care & Etiquette

Guests are expected to understand the rules of the game of golf and observe proper golf course etiquette at all times.  Please observe the posted Cart Path Rules for the day and strictly adhere to them.  All ballmarks and divots must be repaired immediately.



Proper Attire

It is expected for all guests to show forethought and discretion by dressing in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere of an upscale private country club. 

Men: Slacks, golf shorts, approved walking shorts, nylon warm up suits, collared shirts (long or short sleeves) and turtleneck sweaters are considered appropriate attire for all areas within the clubhouse.  Clean, "dressy" jeans are allowed in the clubhouse restaurant.  Rubber or leather soled shoes as well as soft-spiked golf shoes are permitted throughout

Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts, mid-length shorts and blouses are considered appropriate attire for all areas within the clubhouse.  Clean, "dressy" jeans are allowed in the clubhouse restaurant.

Shirts must be tucked in at all times when on the golf course.  Soft spikes are allowed throughout the clubhouse.

The following attire is not permitted on the golf course or within the clubhouse at any time:  Tank tops, halter tops, fishnet tops, cut- off shorts, cargo shorts, ripped jeans, "jams", sweat pants, overalls, bathing suits, tennis shorts/dresses, athletic shorts, or any shorts more than four (4) inches above the knee.  Tee shirts and athletic shorts are not permitted anywhere other than the clubhouse exercise facility.  Golf shoes with metal or ceramic spikes are not permitted at any time.



Payment

Blue Bell Country Club accepts cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) at all point of sale locations throughout the facility.  (Cash only when purchasing items from the on-course beverage cart.)
