2010 Golf Membership
Schedule of Dues, Fees & Operations
Several years ago, Blue Bell Country Club introduced its "un-bundled" golf membership package to the marketplace. Instead of including non-golf amenities with the membership and charging a premium for annual dues, Blue Bell allows you to purchase a "golf-only" membership at a greatly reduced rate.
If unlimited golf is all you want, that's all you pay for. If you want to add on the pool for your family or excercise facility for your spouse, no problem - you can do so for a minimal charge.
We prefer to give our members the flexibility to pick and choose what they want to add to their membership. In times like these, why pay for "value-added" amenities and services you'll never use?

Initiation Fee
Option 1: $5,000 One-Time Payment (or)
Option 2: $500 Each Year for 20 Years
The initiation fee is non-refundable. Members who choose Option 2 are not required to pay the remaining balance upon early resignation.
Annual Dues
$2,895 Primary Golfer
JUNIOR GOLFERS PLAY FREE!
Children under the age of 23 living at home, attending school or in the military are included in the membership and may play unlimited rounds of golf (with certain restrictions) at no additional charge.
Food & Beverage Minimum
$85 Per Month
All food, beverages & alcohol purchased anywhere on the property at any time apply to the monthly minimum. This includes the restaurant, pool cabana, beverage cart, halfway house, special events, take-out, etc. The food and beverage minimum applies to the entire membership (not to each individual on the membership.)
Tax and service charge are not applied to the minimum. Food and beverage purchases at Coleman Restaurant at Normandy Farm are also not applied.
Cart Fees
18 Hole Cart Fee: $25.00 Per Person, Per Round
9 Hole Cart Fee: $13.50 Per Person, Per Round
Cart fees apply to each person playing. Carts are required except during times when walking is permitted: After 3:00pm during the week, after 4:00pm on the weekends and anytime from November 1 - March 31.
Tee Time Privileges
Primary Golf Member - No tee time restrictions.
Children - Tee Times Available:
Tuesdays 8:00AM to 11:00AM; after 3:00PM
Wednesdays 10:30AM to 12:00PM; after 3:00PM
Thursdays 10:30AM to 12:00PM, after 3:00PM
Fridays 8:00AM to 10:00AM; after 4:00PM
Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays after 2:00PM
Upgrade available for children looking to play at other times. Children may walk during these times, if desired.
Tee times may be made up to 10 days in advance by calling the pro shop or reserving them on-line.
