Dear Dana,
I've been meaning to write this for a few days now and finally have myself situated enough to get everything down. I just wanted to send you the biggest thank you to you and your entire team for all your help with our wedding. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. Everyone was very professional without being too (for lack of better words) "stiff". I genuinely fled that I could come to you with any question or request I had and you would do everything in your power to accommodate my needs. Every person I have talked to since the wedding has raved about the venue, food, service, staff, etc. My parents are still getting phone calls from many of the guests who said it was the nicest wedding they have been to and we owe much of that to you and everyone else that was involved.
I also have heard from many, many guests at the wedding that one of the bartenders, Dick, was particularly a standout star. While not to be unfair to any of the other bartenders, I must admit he was the only one I had experience with, but I still feel the need to say he was phenomenal! If you are ever in need of a reference, please don't hesitate to ask either Mark or myself. We'd be more than happy to provide one.
Again, well done and please pass this praise and thank you along to anyone who was involved!

Hi Jason (and the staff of the Blue Bell Country Club),
I have been the event coordinator for quite a few events myself and am well aware of all that needs to happen “behind the scenes” in order to create a truly successful occasion. Naturally, it was of the utmost importance to me that our daughter’s wedding be wonderful in every way.YOU and your STAFF produced an absolutely superb event!
… from the gorgeous and pristine accommodations throughout the facility … … to the wonderful Palmer Room pre-ceremony provisions … … to the ceremony details which were seamless with radio-equipped staff who knew exactly what to do and when … … to the cocktail hour where the hors d’oeuvres overflowed … … to the meal which was not only delicious (many people actually approached me to tell me how much they enjoyed the food including the cake; I wouldn’t know because I was too excited to eat!), but which was served in record time to a very large group of people … … by not only courteous but very friendly and efficient wait staff … … to the chocolate fountain that our guests were in awe of … … to the professionalism which the entire staff demonstrated from the planning process all the way through to every last detail of the joyful day … … EVERYTHING was OUTSTANDING!!
You can be sure that we will gladly and wholeheartedly recommend the Blue Bell Country Club/Normandy Farms to all our family, friends, colleagues, and church members!Indeed, as I mentioned earlier, we really can’t thank you enough but, at the very least, I had to try …

Dear Jason, Jose, Nicole, Dana, and the rest of the Blue Bell Country Club staff,
Words cannot adequately express my personal gratitude and the gratitude of the St. Helena School community for the efforts of everyone at BBCC to make sure that our gala evening was a success.
From the early stages several months ago to the snow storm the day of, BBCC has always been there to support us with professionalism, kindness, patience, and extraordinary customer service. It has been a joy for me and my team to work with the BBCC team. I know how difficult it was on Friday setting up with the impending snow approaching, yet everyone remained patient and understanding throughout. Having never chaired a gala before, I can’t thank you enough for sharing your wisdom and advice with me. The food was delicious. The surroundings are beautiful. The staff was superb. The happy hour prices were greatly appreciated. Everything was perfect. My only regret is that we never did sled on #2 and #15 when the gala was over.
Please pass on our appreciation to those whose e-mails I don’t have. I want everyone to know how much we are thankful for Blue Bell Country Club and for your team..
