Prime Dates

April – May: Spring has sprung which makes these months perfect for golf tournaments. People are itching to get outside and break from the winter hibernation to get fresh air. Flowers are most likely blooming and temperatures are beginning to rise. Use this fresh perspective as a way to drive up guest counts and sponsors for charitable outings. Maximize your time outdoors with pre and post-outing activities. Spring is a great time to get back in the swing of things!
June – August: Don't miss out on prime tournament season! This time of year, it becomes difficult to book the venue you desire, but we have 3 dates open this coming June - August. Not to mention, with the summer months comes longer days, more sunlight and you're almost guaranteed to have great weather. Market your event properly, account for warm weather and provide plenty of water, share and rest areas. You're sure to receive a high guest count, receive positive feedback and ensure the outing is a success!

Premier Golf

Challenge your participants with an award-winning experience on our 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course featuring a demanding yet fun layout, and strategically placed hazards and bunkers. We invite you to take advantage of our clubhouse facilities, driving range, short game area, putting green, and environmentally friendly golf carts. Not to mention, in June the summer heat hasn’t hit just yet. Spring showers have brought flowers, green grass and optimal playing conditions.

Delicious Dining Packages

Not everyone plays golf, but everyone eats. If you have participated in an outing, you know how important the food is. We offer a variety of packages for your budget and schedule, but most notably to please and satisfy your guests. Scale it down to grab-and-go lunch boxes, or set your golfers up for success with a hearty breakfast followed by golf and BBQ buffet. We also offer all-inclusive cocktail hour packages featuring cheese and bruschetta display, and dips. Go more upscale with our most extravagant offering featuring passed hors d’ oeurves, raw bar, three-course dining, and more.

Rewarding Refreshments

Included in your outing package are “refresh stations” at holes 9 and 18, which include Philly soft pretzels, crackers, chips, fresh fruit, bottles of water, Gatorade, and domestic beer. How are we sounding so far?\

I just hosted our office's first golf outing fundraiser at Blue Bell Country Club for a scholarship fund that I started for my employees. Our golfers and guests had a phenomenal experience! Rich Clegg and Joey Pohle worked closely with us on ideas that would leave them with great memories.
